Basic Information: RRMC is here to serve individuals, groups, and families. We are a weapon, smoke, phonography, nut & seafood free facility. We have cameras located outdoors for general safety & Zoom available for Special Events such as Weddings, if scheduled prior with our technology team lead, Steven Long. The Sanctuary has two wide screens that can be used for presentations/pictures for all events. Technology fees are separate from basic hall rental as we have to have a technician on site to protect equipment and aide in necessary challenges. Members are not charged for this service but gratuities are encouraged. RRMC holds a rental usage agreement that can be mailed or picked up. Please ask questions if you have them!
Making the Space your own: RRMC has white linens available to use for special events but guests are more than welcome to use their own (linens/disposable). Decorations may be used on the walls without nails, push-pins, or staples. Sticky gum adhesive may be used in order to decorate as you desire. The facility has a fridge, two stoves & ovens, counter space, tables for beverages, hot foods (plugs above), two bathrooms (one ADA compliant & has a changing table), a family play area (couches, children’s books, toys). coat hooks, coffee makers, and a community picnic area outdoors.
